Matt Stephens

GENERAL MANAGER

Matt brings an exceptional combination of technical expertise, leadership experience, and hands-on industry knowledge built over decades in diesel mechanics, construction, heavy equipment operation, welding, fabrication, and marine service. With more than 16 years as a Certified Diesel Mechanic, 10 years operating heavy equipment, and a decade leading marine service operations as a General Manager, Matt has earned a reputation as a trusted problem solver who thrives on tackling complex challenges. His credentials include certifications as a Yamaha Marine Technician, Volvo Penta Technician, ABYC Technician, and Marine HVAC specialist, giving him extensive expertise in marine propulsion, electrical systems, HVAC systems, vessel maintenance, and complex mechanical repairs.

Today, Matt serves as General Manager for Emerald Coast Welding & Fabrication while also overseeing the maintenance and service operations of several large commercial fleets owned by our sister companies. This unique role allows him to bring decades of real-world fabrication, mechanical, and marine service experience directly into our welding shop. Whether he's helping develop more efficient fabrication processes, solving complex repair challenges, or ensuring every project meets our high standards, Matt's broad technical background plays a key role in delivering the quality workmanship our customers have come to expect.

What truly sets Matt apart is his ability to connect with people. He takes pride in helping customers understand their equipment, offering honest guidance, and ensuring every project is completed with care and attention to detail. His leadership experience, strong work ethic, and commitment to excellence have made him a valued resource for both customers and teammates alike.

When he's not working, Matt enjoys exploring the woods and mountains in his Jeep, traveling with his family, and spending time with the people who matter most. His passion for adventure, dedication to relationships, and drive to continually improve are the same qualities that have made him a respected professional throughout his career.

Bailey Revis

SHOP FOREMAN

Bailey brings more than 13 years of welding and fabrication experience spanning custom metal fabrication, structural welding, aluminum and stainless-steel work, construction, heavy equipment operation, and marine repair. As Shop Foreman, Bailey oversees daily shop operations while leading fabrication projects from concept to completion, ensuring every job meets our high standards for craftsmanship, precision, and durability.

His diverse background includes certifications as a Certified Commercial Diver/Welder and Yamaha Marine Technician, along with advanced training through the Annapolis School of Seamanship in marine electrical and diesel systems. While Bailey's experience in the marine industry gives him a unique perspective on durability and performance, his fabrication expertise extends well beyond boats to include residential, commercial, industrial, and custom metal projects. Whether he's designing a custom metal solution, fabricating structural steel, repairing heavy equipment and metal components, building commercial signs and railings, or turning a customer's vision into reality, Bailey is known for finding practical solutions, providing honest guidance, and delivering quality craftsmanship that lasts.

When he's not working, Bailey enjoys spending time with his wife and son, hunting deer and waterfowl, and riding dirt bikes. His love for the outdoors, dedication to his family, and strong work ethic are reflected in the care he brings to every project and every customer relationship.

Adam Klamerus

FABRICATOR & WELDER

Adam is a skilled welder and fabricator with more than six years of experience specializing in precision welding and custom metal fabrication. Holding both 6G and Flux Core welding certifications, Adam has developed a reputation for producing clean, high-quality work with exceptional attention to detail and pride in every finished project.

Before joining Emerald Coast Welding & Fabrication, Adam specialized in finish work, custom residential railings, gates, and architectural metalwork. That experience sharpened his eye for detail and quality craftsmanship—qualities he now brings to every project, from structural fabrication and equipment repairs to one-of-a-kind custom metalwork. Adam believes in doing the job right the first time and takes pride in creating durable, long-lasting solutions that customers can rely on.

When he's not in the shop, Adam enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time on the water working on his boat. His appreciation for the outdoors, patience, and detail-oriented mindset are the same qualities he brings to every customer and every project.

Rylan Stephens

CAD DESIGNER & 3D PRINTING SPECIALIST

Rylen Stephens professional headshot

Rylan Stephens combines hands-on mechanical experience with modern design technology to bring a unique skill set to Emerald Coast Welding & Fabrication. As a Certified Yamaha Marine Technician, he has approximately four years of experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Yamaha outboard engines. In addition to his marine background, Rylan specializes in CAD design and custom 3D printing, allowing our team to design, prototype, and manufacture custom plastic components, mock-ups, jigs, fixtures, and other one-of-a-kind solutions that extend well beyond traditional metal fabrication.

Whether he's creating a 3D-printed prototype, manufacturing a custom plastic replacement part, assisting with fabrication projects, or servicing marine equipment, Rylan approaches every project with creativity, precision, and a commitment to continuous improvement. His ability to combine modern design technology with practical, hands-on experience allows us to solve complex problems, refine ideas before fabrication begins, and develop innovative solutions that many traditional fabrication shops simply can't offer.

Outside of work, Rylan enjoys playing guitar, working on personal projects, and exploring the woods in his Jeep. His passion for technology, problem-solving, and the outdoors reflects the same curiosity and dedication he brings to every customer and every project.
